* All hats are different sizes, to ensure the hat will fit your head you must text us (502-999-3584) with your accurate head measurement before purchasing. Instructions on how to measure are located on our FAQ page. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for hats that do not properly fit. *This does not apply to fascinators as they are one size fits all.
* Due to lighting and differences in monitors, colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
How to purchase from the custom collection:
1. Pick the style of hat or fascinator you like and purchase it.
2. Email a photo of your outfit and any other details you’d like us to know to email@example.com and we will send you a photo of the materials we have selected to be used for your hat.
3. Once completed, we will ship you the hat or it can be picked up in Louisville, Kentucky.
Please keep in mind that no two hats are exactly the same, minor differences may occur.
Lead time can be up to 30 days for a custom hat during the month of April.
We ship all orders by UPS Ground for a flat rate. If you would like expedited shipping through UPS, please choose desired rate at the checkout page. Feel free to text Rachel with questions, 502-999-3584.
For free order pick-up in Louisville, Kentucky please choose the "pick-up" option under delivery methods on the checkout page (*instead of the shipping option*). If you choose shipping by mistake, the order will be shipped unless we are contacted in time to intercept.
