Due to high demand, from January to May we do not offer fully custom hats or hats designed based off inspiration photos (Pinterest, etc). We do however offer a collection of 25+ styles (as seen below) and these styles can be made in *most* color schemes to match your outfit.
We also offer customization to any piece in our current inventory. For example, if you see a navy blue fascinator you like but want to add in yellow feathers to match it to your outfit - this is an example of customizing a piece that is already made. For the Kentucky Derby: Custom orders placed in January & February take up to 4 weeks.
If the order is placed after March 1, we guarantee to have it ready for pick-up by Monday April 28 or shipped by Friday, April 25 (expedited shipping options available if needed). These time-frames are general estimates; we of course will try to get your hat completed and shipped to you ASAP.
Off-season ordering (May 7th through December): Lead time of 4 weeks (or less).
