For free order pick-up in Louisville, Kentucky please choose the "Pick Up at Hat Shop" option under delivery methods on the checkout page (*instead of the shipping option*). If you choose shipping by mistake, the order will be shipped unless we are contacted in time to intercept.
*All orders come with a hat box. Due to current tariffs, we now have two different styles of hat boxes. If you want to know exactly which hat box you will receive for your order, please text Rachel at 502-999-3584.
