* All of our hats are different sizes; instructions on how to accurately measure your head are located on our FAQ page. We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for hats that do not properly fit.
*Fascinators are one size fits most and worn on a thin, ribbon-covered metal headband or elastic band.
* Headband colors can vary from what is shown in product photo. If a specific headband color is needed, please let us know in the order notes section of the checkout page. If you forget before placing your order, text Rachel at 502-999-3584.
*Computer monitors and phone screens are not all created equal. The colors and swatches they display may vary.
*Due to the nature of our product and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We ship all orders by UPS Ground for a flat rate. If you would like expedited shipping through UPS, please choose desired rate at the checkout page. Feel free to text Rachel with questions, 502-999-3584.

For free order pick-up in Louisville, Kentucky please choose the "Pick Up at Hat Shop" option under delivery methods on the checkout page (*instead of the shipping option*). If you choose shipping by mistake, the order will be shipped unless we are contacted in time to intercept.

*All orders come with a hat box. Orders above $330 come with a round hat box.

*The "Hunter" Style comes in a square hat box due to width discrepancies; it does not fit in a round hat box. Please contact Rachel with any questions.
