This list is based off of making a batch of 100 face shields, adjust accordingly. Please feel free to email me (rachelcbell@gmail.com) or text me (502-619-3460) if you are having trouble finding supplies. I've got it down to a science now and have other vendors if necessary...
Thick Gray foam:
Call Greschler Hardware (Brooklyn). Ask for Tim or Matt and tell them you are making face shields with the girl in Kentucky. This is the product # you want to order: FROAC42
13 will give you enough for 100 shields
Thin foam tape:
Call Greschler Hardware (Brooklyn). Ask for Tim or Matt and tell them you are making face shields with the girl in Kentucky. This is the product # you want to order: FROL344
You get 40 strips per bag. You will need 3 bags of white foam to make 100 masks.
You will get 120 5" strips from each roll.
Binding covers:
Get 1 pack of 100. Doesn't matter if you order "with tissue" or without. Make sure it's the clear/8.5x11/7 mil.
**10 mil thickness also work for this project!
Latex-Free 18" Tourniquets:
**If you are making 100 masks, buy 100 tourniquets. Each pack above has different quantities.
Other things you'll need: stapler, staples, glue gun, glue, scissors, and two binder clips.
